We will solve the problems of the wider community in a meaningful, comprehensive, innovative, humane and environmentally responsible manner by implementing internationally recognized project management methodology and team work with partners from all sectors. We will be leaders of change in the Republic of Srpska and the region in the field of project management, entrepreneurial training and the transfer of new knowledge.

CPME is Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship of the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka, whose mission is to, in cooperation with partner organizations for project management in the real sector, permanently work on linking its own scientific and research potential of teachers and associates, researchers and students in all three cycles of study at the Faculty of Economics with the real sector. We will work on education, professional training and systematic support to young people and adults to whom innovativeness, proactive approach and willingness to take action is a challenge, and the launch of new projects and businesses is a real life option.

The main goal of the Center is connecting of the academic community with the real sector and problem solving in all sectors on a project basis, in a creative, proactive and innovative way, encouraging the development of internal and external entrepreneurship of its clients. We are a project team consisting of experienced and young professors and students of all three cycles of studies, researchers, and project managers from the Faculty of Economics, University of Banja Luka and a team of experts from the Association for Project Management "Projman" Ltd from Banja Luka www.projman.ba.
