Two assistant professors of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka are on a fifteen-day study visit to Strasbourg as part of the project: „Up-skilling researchers for sustainable entrepreneurship based on innovation process management“ – USE IPM, supported by the European Union (HORIZON-WIDERA-2022-TALENTS -03-01)“ in which the Center for Project Management and Entrepreneurship (CPME) of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Banja Luka is one of 12 international partners. The local partner of the project and also the organizer of this visit is ALDA – European Association of Local Democracy –
https://www.alda-europe.eu/, an organization with rich experience in the implementation of European and international projects.
As part of the visit of Assistant Professor Mirjana Milijević, PhD and Assistant Professor Ljubiša Mićić, PhD, together with several researchers from leading universities from Serbia, North Macedonia and Albania, had the opportunity to visit the Council of Europe and learn about the implementation of European projects, with an emphasis on project management, communication, reporting and evaluation. As a continuation of the study visit, a tour of the European Parliament, the Strasbourg Innovation Park and the Strasbourg Fair is also planned. Also, our researchers will participate in the implementation of ALDA thematic projects according to their personal competencies and areas of work, thereby acquiring additional skills for further successful work at the USE IPM project. The second group of four associates and teachers is going to Strasbourg on September 2, 2023.
